Located in Sicily, between Catania and Syracuse, in the Castelluccio Costa Saracena area of the province of Syracuse, our villa is set within a private residence with exclusive access to the sea. Its location benefits from a mild, breezy climate.

The villa offers three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and sea view, as well as an additional guest bathroom. A double sofa bed in the living room provides two extra sleeping spaces. Newly built and NZEB-certified (Nearly Zero Energy Building), the villa has an A4 energy rating, solar panels, and a complimentary electric-vehicle charging station.

The villa is designed to provide exceptional comfort. Wi-Fi is available, and the kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, griddle, toaster, dishwasher, and a washing machine in the laundry room. The living room also features a TV.
